Rubber lining in the absorber. Defects marked on the rubber coating and repair places.

The inspector and the power plant/waste incineration plant.

Every plant has a planned one at least once a year technical downtime, during which all installations are reviewed, planned repairs are made (based on previous inspections), and current repairs (based on the current inspection). Where are conducted service works, the supervision of qualified inspectors is necessary.

Engineers from the departments responsible for Maintenance are in
periods of overhaul shutdowns overloaded with work that is going on
all critical points of the plant: from carburizing, through
boiler, turbine sets, dedusting and gas desulfurization installations, after chimneys and cooling towers.

Experience and flexibility.

As Cor Team - inspectors, we are present during inspections and repairs of anti-corrosion systems in such sensitive facilities as: DeNOx reactors, flue gas ducts, absorbers, tanks, bag filters, chimney ducts.

We act as a liaison, as advisors between the power plant (waste incineration plant, chemical plant, etc.) and subcontractors. During repairs, we are available around the clock, which does not stop the subcontractors' work. We carry out quality acceptance of individual works at any time so that the contractor can proceed to the next stages.

How are we working for our clients?

Planning stage

A few weeks before the planned downtime, together with the Maintenance Department, we discuss planned repairs and inspections. We create and submit a detailed Quality Control Plan for approval. We estimate the consumption of materials and the volume of man-hours for individual scopes.

Realization stage

Immediately after opening the hatches, we inspect the anti-corrosion protection. Together with the companies that are responsible for the repairs of individual sections and representatives of Maintenance, we determine the scope of repairs. Cor Team analyzes the course of work in terms of applicable standards, technical data sheets of products and the rational use of the assumed volumes of man-hours. We carry out ongoing inspections and inform the Investor every day about the progress of works and possible threats to the
deadline.

Summarization stage

After the investment is completed, the investor receives a report with extensive photographic documentation based on the collected material from individual inspections. Any detected discrepancies between the applicable standards and the implementation are described in detail, which is the basis for the Investor's claims. The report allows you to plan and optimize work during the next maintenance downtime.
